We were born during the COVID-19 pandemic, as we saw first-hand how brands struggled to secure funding in an accelerated movement from the physical shelf to the digital shelf. Customers were now demanding their products on e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon or directly from business websites as fewer consumers were going into stores. After relying on bank loans and credit cards to finance businesses in the past, we saw a need for another source of funding in the entrepreneur community.
We understood that entrepreneurs can feel worried about funding during an already stressful time, so we decided to find a solution: Forever 8 Fund!
Forever 8 was started to provide capital to sellers in order to alleviate their working capital constraints and fund their inventory. We simplify the process of funding your inventory by paying your factories directly. Forever 8 is your capital partner, collecting back our capital, plus a small fee, only when your product is sold. Our interests with our partner entrepreneurs are completely aligned, as Forever 8 shares in the ups and downs of sales along with our partners.
With this said, our main goal at Forever 8 is to provide a transparent capital source that provides e-commerce sellers access to capital to fund their growth. Unlike many sources of capital, Forever 8 is a long term partner. Our relationship lasts a year, or longer.

We are a team that has been on both sides of the trenches, with careers spanning both entrepreneurship and finance.
Paul Vassilakos is a Partner at Forever 8 Fund. Paul has experience in investment banking, has worked intimately with businesses of all sizes, and has sat on numerous public company Boards. He believes that by using our key objectives of Transparency, Alignment, and Growth, Forever 8 Fund can provide a long term capital source that can lead to stability and growth for your business.
Quinn Cosgrave is another Partner at Forever 8 Fund. He comes from a startup background, managing operations at a startup accelerator, and leading marketing and product development at an insurance startup. He is excited to partner with you to work together in growing your business, contributing the Forever 8 knowledge and resources to logistics and fulfillment!
Forever 8 Fund has also been expanded and will be helping entrepreneurs from the UK with Forever 8 UK! We will share some information about the UK team below.
Max Beard has experience working as an analyst and strategy consultant for Goldman Sachs, managing large software companies, and leading the business development of a fintech business. He believes that as the largest B2C e-commerce market in Europe, with 96% of the population expected to be online in 2020, the UK was the perfect place to start this company.
Carl Margetts is an experienced investment banker and finance executive who most recently worked as CFO for a US-based start-up where he experienced first-hand the difficulties faced by high-growth, inventory-heavy businesses needing to access growth capital. Since Amazon is now the most dominant platform in the UK—accounting for nearly 30% of online sales in 2019—he is excited to work with you all to ensure success in your e-commerce business!

Sell faster than anticipated? Great, our fees will be lower and we can order you more inventory to keep pace with your demand.
We are a partner. We aren’t here to offer quick bridge loans. Instead, we work together for at least a year, funding 100% of your inventory needs.
